The work is the craft but the job is bigger. I set creative direction, collaborate with teams and vendors, present to peers and execs, shape strategy, and bring design into the rooms where strategy is decided. I'm there to make the business better.

I work across art direction, campaigns, brand, content, and experience design — agency-side and in-house — currently leading conversation design for healthcare AI.
