One of the first projects I worked on at Ascension was to create this consumer journey map showing all the customer touch points during Covid 19. Numerous digital tools were stood up - and so many in fact, that creating a map like this was one way to communicate to leadership all the things that our group had done to facilitate optimal patient care during a very trying time for frontline workers. The map takes you through the pre-diagnosis all the way through post-treatment, and back to daily life of a patient experiencing covid-19.
